RYC & Rich-Ycled accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, AMEX and MasterCard.
The payment will be debited from your account once the product is purchased.
All amounts are in EUR . Euro and incl. VAT, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Reservations are made regarding pricing errors and sold out / discontinued products.
RYC & Rich-Ycled aim to orders received before 17.00 (5 pm) are sent at the latest 3 work days later.
For custom made deliveries there is a delivery time of about 30 calendar days.
In case of refund, please include the bank details in the form of regnr and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
This information can be safely disclosed per. mail or other electronic form, since it is not sensitive information and will be used only
to our fulfilment of the refund.
Refund is made within 15 days from the day we have received the product.
You must send your order return without undue delay and within 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
You have to bear the direct cost of returning. By returning you are responsible for those goods are properly packaged as well as delivery.
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
You have the risk from the time of delivery of the goods until we have received the return.
We do not receive packages sent by COD.
And products must be unused
There is given 14-day return policy on goods purchased in our shop.
The period begins on the day you purchase the product.
Return shipments should have this attention: Within 14 days from the time of receipt, you must notify that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notification shall be made by mail on info@ryc.shoes , In the message,
make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
You cannot undo by simply rejecting the goods, without being given clear notice.
We give 1 year warranty for our products.
Our warranty applies to defects in material and / or workmanship.
You can get it repaired or replaced, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
The claim does not apply to defects or damage committed by improper handling of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
You must advertise in “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect / error.
Rich-Ycled will cover shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
